Acquire skills that include human resources, health information, finance systems, policy and ethics, aging and illness, the continuum of care, performance and quality improvement, and leadership.

Get the skills you need to help the public make long-lasting improvements in their physical, mental, and social well-being. Prepare to design, implement, and evaluate public health programs.

Our CSWE-accredited MSW prepares you for autonomy and clinical practice. In expert-led online courses, you’ll learn how to help your clients change their behaviors and develop coping mechanisms to thrive in challenging situations. Whether you complete the Traditional or Advanced Standing track, you can choose to complete an Addiction Studies Certificate within your MSW degree coursework.

In the MSW’s required field experience, you’ll work directly with individuals, couples, families, groups, and communities. Our program’s education director will help you find and choose a convenient location. Some online students are able to complete their field experience at their workplace. Depending on your unique circumstances, virtual agency placement may be possible.

Get the focused training you need to lead in a variety of healthcare settings. During this one-year program, you’ll learn the fundamentals of modern health and human services delivery and study topics like health policy, finance, and administration to advance your career.
